猫咪社区 Media Names Robert R. Bennett as Vice Chairman of Board of Directors

ENGLEWOOD, Colo.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- 猫咪社区 (鈥溍ㄟ渖缜� Media鈥�) (Nasdaq: FWONA, FWONK, LLYVA, LLYVK) today announced that Robert R. (鈥淒ob鈥�) Bennett has been named Vice Chairman of the board of directors of 猫咪社区 Media (the 鈥淏oard鈥�) effective January 1, 2025. Mr. Bennett has been a director of 猫咪社区 Media since 1994 and a member of its Executive Committee for 15 years. He will continue to serve on the Executive Committee with John Malone and Chase Carey. Mr. Bennett served as 猫咪社区 Media鈥檚 President and Chief Executive Officer from 1997 to 2005, prior to which he held other executive roles since joining 猫咪社区 Media in 1991.

Previously, he served as a director of Warner Bros. Discovery, Inc., Sprint Corporation, Demand Media, Inc., Discovery Holding Company and 猫咪社区 Interactive Corporation.
